Moving from Juniper Square
- A price you can read. Juniper Square publishes no prices and sells through demos; third parties report a historical entry point of about $18,000 a year, scaled by equity. CREAssets is $0 until you collect investor money, then $299 a month for every module.
- No migration bill, first month free. Third-party sites, some of them competitors, report implementation and migration fees and onboarding measured in months. We migrate sponsors with running deals at no cost, and the first month on the Platform plan is free.

Migration questions
Does CREAssets migrate our data from another platform?
Yes. CREAssets migrates your investors, entities, positions, contributions, distribution history and documents from another platform or from spreadsheets, at no cost, and your first month on the Platform plan is free. You get a written plan within 3 business days of your exports and your book loaded within 7 business days. There is no one-click import.
Who qualifies for free migration?
Sponsors with running deals on another investment-management platform, or in spreadsheets and other tools (Excel, Google Sheets, DocuSign, QuickBooks). Tell us what you use today and roughly how many deals, entities and investors you have.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There is no migration fee, and your first month on the Platform plan is free. After that, every module is $299 a month, month-to-month — cancel anytime, no per-seat, per-investor or AUM fees.
How long does it take?
You get a written migration plan within 3 business days of sending us your exports, and your book is loaded into CREAssets for you to check within 7 business days of receiving complete exports. Go-live is when you have reconciled every balance and signed off — your current platform keeps running until then. How quickly you sign off depends on how many entities you run and how clean the history is. There is no one-click import.
Who do we work with, and when?
A person on the CREAssets team plans and loads your migration with you. Email support@creassets.com or reply to your plan — the team answers Monday to Friday, 9am–9pm Eastern Time.
Do we have to cancel our current platform first?
No. Keep it running until you have reconciled CREAssets against your records. Check your current contract’s renewal date and notice period so you are not renewed by surprise.
Will our investors notice?
They get an invitation to your new branded portal once you have signed off, with their positions, distributions and documents already there.
