CREAssets

About us

Software for the people who build, fund and run real estate

CREAssets exists because a sponsor’s most important numbers — who owns what, who gets paid what, and how the building is doing — usually live in disconnected spreadsheets and vendors that never agree.

Our view

The deal is the system of record

Commercial real estate sponsors run some of the most complex small businesses there are: they underwrite assets, raise capital under securities rules, operate buildings, keep books for every entity and pay investors through waterfalls written by lawyers.

Most do it with a patchwork — an underwriting workbook, a CRM, an investor portal, an e-signature tool, a property management system and an accounting package — held together by exports. Every handoff is a place where numbers drift.

We are building CREAssets so that the deal is the record: what you underwrite becomes what you raise, operate, account for and distribute. Your team, your investors and your residents each get their own view of the same truth.

See how the modules fit together in the platform overview, what it costs on pricing, how we protect investor data on security, and what we shipped recently in the changelog.

Principles

How we build

01

One record, not nine tools

A deal’s underwriting, investors, property, books and distributions belong together. Every integration we do not need is an error we do not make.

02

Claim only what you can demo

We describe what the product does today, and label what is still being enabled — on the page, not on the onboarding call.

03

Money is exact

Failed payments are reported as failed, never as success, and financial statements print their own tie-out line.

04

AI shows its work

Every figure an agent writes is cited to a record or marked unresolved, and a person approves anything that matters.

05

Pricing that does not tax growth

Free until you collect investor money, then one flat price for every module. No per-seat, per-investor or AUM fees: you should not pay more because you raised more.

06

Built in the open

We publish a dated changelog and fair comparisons, and we ask sponsors what to build next.
