Accessibility statement

Our target, what we do to meet it, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

Last updated:

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use creassets.com, including people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or reduced motion. Our target for this website is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

This statement covers the marketing website. The CREAssets platform at app.creassets.com is a separate application. If you meet a barrier there, the contact below works for it too.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML. One heading structure per page, landmark regions, real links and buttons, labelled form fields, and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Keyboard navigation. Every menu, link, form and control can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. Interactive targets are at least 24 by 24 pixels.
  • Reduced motion. If your system asks for reduced motion, we turn off reveal animations and other non-essential movement.
  • Contrast. Our colour tokens are checked against WCAG contrast ratios for text and controls on both light and dark surfaces.
  • Forms. Errors are announced to assistive technology, tied to the field they describe and explained in words, not colour alone.
  • Product visuals. Coded product mockups carry text alternatives describing what they show.

How we test

We run automated accessibility checks with axe on every page of the site, at desktop and phone widths, as part of our quality checks. We also capture every page at phone, tablet and desktop widths to catch layout problems such as clipped text or content that only scrolls sideways. Automated tools catch only part of what matters, so we treat reports from people using the site as the most important test.

Known limitations

We are not aware of any accessibility barriers on the site today. We keep testing, and when we find a problem, or someone reports one, we fix it. If you find something we missed, please tell us.

Report a barrier

If something on the site is hard or impossible for you to use, email support@creassets.com. It helps to include:

  • the page address (URL);
  • what you were trying to do, and what happened;
  • the browser and any assistive technology you use.

We will reply, and if you need the information on a page in another format, we will provide it while we fix the problem.
