About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the CREAssets marketing website at creassets.com (the “site”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

They do not cover the CREAssets platform at app.creassets.com. The platform’s own terms and privacy policy (currently being finalised by counsel) cover any account you open there and your use of the software.

Information only

The site describes our software and publishes general guides, tools and comparisons. It is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not promise that every page is complete, up to date or free of errors. Product features, availability and pricing can change. The terms of any agreement you sign with us take priority over what the site says.

No offer of securities

Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment. CREAssets provides software. We do not offer, sell or recommend investments. Any offering made by a sponsor using our platform is made solely by that sponsor, under its own documents. See our disclosures for our regulatory status.

No investment, legal or tax advice

Content on the site — including guides, the glossary, examples and calculators — is general information. It is not investment, legal, tax, accounting or appraisal advice and does not take your circumstances into account. Calculator outputs are illustrations based on the inputs you enter. Speak to a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, design, graphics, product visuals and code — belong to CREAssets or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “CREAssets” and our logo are our marks.

You may view the site and print or save pages for your own reference, including to evaluate CREAssets for your business. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from the site’s content without our written permission. Other names and trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• break any law, or use the site to infringe anyone else’s rights;
• submit false information, or someone else’s details, through our forms;
• send spam, malware or automated submissions;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers, or interfere with its operation;
• scrape or harvest the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it to support@creassets.com. We may block access to the site where we believe these terms have been broken.

Links to other sites

The site links to websites we do not control, such as provider and competitor sites cited in comparisons. We link to them for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CREAssets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Nor is it liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
