Regulatory status

CREAssets provides software for commercial real estate sponsors and their investors. CREAssets is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, investment adviser, custodian, transfer agent or fund administrator. We do not offer or sell securities, and we do not provide investment, legal or tax advice.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Product features named after a function — such as the fund administration workspace or transfer records — are software tools a sponsor operates. They are not services we perform.

Offerings on the platform

Offerings presented through CREAssets are made solely by the sponsors who publish them, under their own offering documents. CREAssets does not endorse, verify, recommend or evaluate any offering, sponsor or investment. We do not take part in any offering.

Each sponsor is responsible for complying with the securities laws that apply to its offerings. That includes rules on general solicitation, investor accreditation and investor eligibility. The platform provides tools that help sponsors apply those rules. Using them does not make an offering compliant.

Payments

Payments made through the platform are processed by third-party licensed payment providers, selected and connected by the sponsor. Payments are available for US bank accounts only. CREAssets does not hold investor or resident funds. Wire and check instructions shown to investors are provided by the sponsor and point to the sponsor’s own accounts.

AI-generated output

AI features in CREAssets — including the AI underwriter, the assistant and agents — produce drafts and analysis for human review. AI-generated analysis and drafts are not investment, legal, tax or appraisal advice.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Check figures against your source documents before relying on them or sharing them with investors. Decisions, approvals and signatures stay with people.

Sample data in product visuals

Screenshots, mockups and examples on this site use fictional sample data. Names of firms, properties, deals and investors, and figures such as returns, raises and distributions, are made up for illustration. They do not describe any real offering or customer and are not a prediction or promise of any result.

Competitor information

Comparison pages describe other products using information taken from their public websites on the date stated on each page. Their products, features and prices may have changed since. Check the provider’s own site for current details. If you see something out of date, tell us at support@creassets.com and we will correct it.

Product names, logos and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners. Their use on this site identifies those products and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by their owners.

Roadmap and forward-looking statements

Statements on this site about features we plan or expect to build, or about future availability, reflect our current intentions. They are not commitments. Plans change, and a roadmap item may be delayed, changed or dropped. Please base buying decisions on what the product does today. Our changelog lists what has shipped, with dates.
