Subscribe online
Open an offering your sponsor shared with you, read the deal room, complete the questionnaire for the entity you invest through, sign, and get the funding instructions.

Capital calls and distributions
You are notified of new capital calls, distributions and documents. Each one is listed on your position, so the history matches your bank statement.

Documents and your dashboard
Documents your sponsor shares appear on your documents page, and the dashboard shows what you invested, current value and allocation across your holdings.

Your K-1
K-1s appear in the tax center when your sponsor releases them, per investing entity. If a K-1 is amended, the new version replaces the old one.

Your sponsor pays for CREAssets, not you. The sponsor’s plan has no per-investor fees.
