Pricing and terms

Fit
Who each one fits
Each is strong somewhere. These are the cases where we would point you to it.
Choose Juniper Square if…
- You run several asset classes, not only real estate
- You want fund administration done by the vendor’s accountants
- Your LPs or board expect audited SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports
- Peer adoption matters: it publishes the largest customer numbers of the three
Choose Agora if…
- You pay investors outside the US: it lists cross-border payments
- You want bank accounts and accounting services from the same vendor
- You want a published starting price and are comfortable with annual terms
- You need SSO, listed on its Pro plan
Choose InvestNext if…
- You want investor relations at the centre of the product
- You need a SOC 2 Type II report and published ACH fees
- You want your portal on your own domain (a Core add-on)
- You plan to connect AI tools over MCP or automate with Zapier
A fourth option (our product)
Where CREAssets fits
CREAssets is for commercial real estate sponsors who also run the buildings. Underwriting, fundraising, the investor portal, a deal-level ledger and property management with a tenant portal share one record. It is free until you collect investor money, then $299 a month for every module, month-to-month, with free migration and the first month free.
It is not the right pick if you need a SOC 2 report, fund administration done for you, cross-border payments or SAML SSO today. Juniper Square and InvestNext publish SOC 2 Type 2 reports, Juniper Square and Agora sell fund administration, and Agora lists cross-border payments and SSO. CREAssets is early and publishes no customer counts.
Frequently asked questions
Which is cheaper: Juniper Square, Agora or InvestNext?
Only Agora publishes a number: Essential from $749 a month, priced on equity under management and billed yearly. InvestNext names tiers without amounts, and Juniper Square publishes no prices; third parties report a historical entry point of about $18,000 a year for Juniper Square. Ask each for a written quote that includes onboarding, migration and payment fees.
Do any of them include property management?
None of the three lists property management in its product menu as of 2 October 2026. If you operate your buildings, plan for a separate property management system, or look at a platform that includes it.
Which one has SOC 2?
Juniper Square publishes annual SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 reports. InvestNext publishes SOC 2 Type II. Agora claims SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27001 on its portal pages. CREAssets, our product, holds no certification.
